It’s the weirdest thing. I think using the Wacom Cintiq has trained my brain to better use normal Wacom tablets. Used to be that I had to have my old tablet flat on a table and be perfectly positioned in front of it in order to even use it. Now suddenly I can use it anywhere.
I used to be jealous of guys like Dean Trippe when he would talk about using the Wacom on his couch with the laptop on a TV tray. I was never able to do that before. Looking forward while drawing down instead of looking down at what I’m drawing. It used to be a total disconnect. Now I can do it. What flip got switched?
Weird.
