Next week is Comicon International at the San Diego Convention Center, and the PvP crew will once again be exhibiting. Our booth location has moved this year a bit from last. We asked to be tucked snugly in the bosom of Penny-Arcade and the Comicon powers that be have granted our wish. So this year you can find us in booth 1235, or as I like to call it, Penny-Arcade’s elbow.

The great news is that this year the rest of my Webcomics.com buddies will be right down the aisle from me. No running across the entire convention floor to get all four signatures on your copy of How To Make Webcomics. We’re all in the same aisle, throwing distance away from each other.

This year we’ll have a nice assortment of PvP stuff for you to buy, including some items that aren’t even available in stores yet. The big ticket item this year is the PvP Awesomology. A 600 page hardcover that collects all of our comic strips, in order, from 1998-2005. It’s hitting retailers today and I will have some available at the con for you to pick up. In addition, we’ll have all of the previous PvP trade paperbacks, including the brand new BOOK SIX, which is hot off the presses and collects all PvP strips from the year 2006.

We’re also bringing posters, shirts, plushes and our remaining stock of Scratch Fury statues. Since many of you are traveling long distances to see us, we wanted to give you a deal on this stuff. In previous years, you’ve asked if we have any special offers for the con and we always come unprepared. Not this year. We’ve devised four devious Comicon Packages of Savings. So if you are looking to pick up more than one item, be sure to check out our overhead banner for a package that serves your needs.

We’ll be talking more about the show as it approaches, but I just wanted to get the booth number in your head and make you aware of what we’re bringing to sell.

Hope to see you all out there!
