Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I will be recording live audio commentary during the San Diego Comicon and posting it via Audioboo.fm. Audioboo lets you record and post short podcasts straight from your iphone while you’re on the go. Think of it as an audio version of Twitter.

The easiest way to follow along with the audio podcasts is to subscribe to my Twitter feed. Every time I post a new audio commentary, it makes a twitter post complete link to the commentary. This way you don’t have to subscribe to something extra to know there’s something new to hear.

I’m looking forward to bringing some of the excitement of Comicon International back home for those of you who can’t attend.

Jot it down in a moleskine notebook, commit it to memory, chant it on the plane. Booth 1235 is where you can pick up your copy of the PvP Awesomology, PvP Book 6 (Silent But Deadly) and the brand new SIN KITTY tee shirt that we’re going to debut at the San Diego Comicon International.

We will also be doing a panel this year. I’m told it’s going to be both entertaining and informative. Here are the important details.

2:00-3:00 Webcomics Bootcamp— Four of the web’s top comics artists—Scott Kurtz (PvP), Brad Guigar (Evil Inc), Kris Straub (Starslip), and Dave Kellett (Sheldon)—teach you how to use the web to publish, market, and monetize your comics. Much like their popular podcast, this session promises to be equal parts information and raucous fun. Room 8

For those attending who are also users of Apple’s iPhone may I recommend the following applications: Tweetdeck, Audioboo, Twitvid, Pano, and the official Comicon iPhone app. The latter is like having a program in your iphone, complete with floor map and programming schedule. Come prepared.
